EXPERIENCE CANCELLATION + RESCHEDULING POLICY

NINAZENERGY EXPERIENCES

Please book experiences at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled experience.

Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance are eligible for a full refund or one-time rescheduling, depending on the experience.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled experience are non-refundable.

If you do not attend your scheduled experience without notice, the session is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

If NINAZENERGY needs to cancel or reschedule an experience, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

For private events, retreats, corporate experiences, or custom bookings, separate cancellation terms may apply and will be provided at the time of booking.

By booking an experience, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

PRESENT BEINGS

All sales are final.

Because many Present Beings products are made with natural stones and materials, variations in color, shape, texture, size, markings, and inclusions are natural and are not considered defects.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Nina came highly recommended by a friend. I recently went through mental trauma and needed to find my middle again, so I booked with Nina. I always had Reiki sessions in person, so I wanted to experience distant Reiki with Nina. Her soothing voice made me relax fully. It was a 30 min session but after only 15 min I noticed slight tingling in my left fingers and buzzing in my ears.
